How do I return my order?

Request a return via your account (person icon). Refund issued once received; returns postage not free.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are processed in 5–7 working days; bank processing may take a further 3–5 days.

How can I exchange an item?

Place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund—contact us if you used a discount.

I have been gifted an item and want to exchange it, what do I do?

Email us with the order number (or purchaser details) and we’ll arrange a like-for-like swap or a gift code.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are non-refundable—please double-check details before ordering.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

Reach out with your order number, description and photos so we can sort a replacement/refund.

How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days to return unwanted items for a refund (return postage not free).
