If you&#x2019;re not happy with your product, we&#x2019;ll understand&#x2026; To request a return, please go to the person icon on the top right of any page and pop in the email you placed your order with. You&#x2019;ll then get sent a 6-digit code to your email to put in, and then you can see a list of all your orders! Just select the one you want to return and click request. Please give us as much information as possible so that we can approve your request faster than our towels dry! Please note that we don&#x2019;t offer free returns. You will be refunded as soon as your return is received by our warehouse and you&apos;ll receive an email confirming your refund. We&#x2019;re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items and incorrect selections, so please choose carefully when shopping! You can view our full returns policy here.

How do I return my order?

Returns are processed in 5–7 working days; bank processing may take a further 3–5 days.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your return to be processed. You will be refunded to your original payment method when it has been processed, and you will receive an email confirming this. Please note that it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account and please contact your bank if you&apos;re having any issues with this.

When will I receive my refund?

Place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund—contact us if you used a discount.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest placing a new order and returning your unwanted items to us for a full refund. We&#x2019;re always more than happy to help with discounts, so if you had a discount on your initial order, just get in touch letting us know your initial order number and your new order number and we&#x2019;ll be sure to help! Please make sure that you&#x2019;re happy with your choices before placing your order as we aren&#x2019;t able to offer free returns postage.

How can I exchange an item?

Email us with the order number (or purchaser details) and we’ll arrange a like-for-like swap or a gift code.

Lucky you! &#x1F381; If your Dock &amp; Bay gift isn&#x2019;t quite the one you had your eye on, no worries &#x2014; we&#x2019;ve got you covered. All we need is the order number (this might take a little snooping &#x1F440;). Once you&#x2019;ve found it, just email us at support@dockandbay.com. If you really can&apos;t find it and don&apos;t want to let the original purchaser know, their full name, address and/or email address could help! Then we&#x2019;ll work our magic: If you would like the same item in a different colour or size? Easy swap. Got your heart set on something else? We&#x2019;ll sort you out with a gift code once the return&#x2019;s back, so you can pick that towel, poncho, or robe you&#x2019;ve been dreaming about. &#x1F4A1; Just a heads-up: we can only do a like-for-like swap, or issue a gift code with the balance paid by the gift-giver (no hate if they got it on sale...)

Can I return a personalised item?

Reach out with your order number, description and photos so we can sort a replacement/refund.

If you receive a product which isn&#x2019;t quite perfect, please get in touch via our contact us page, and include your order number, a short description and some photos. The more detail you can provide the quicker we&#x2019;ll be able to get it sorted for you. If you have placed the order on Amazon or purchased it in one of our wholesaler/retailer stores, please get in touch with them to arrange a replacement or refund.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

You have 30 days to return unwanted items for a refund (return postage not free).
