I have received a faulty item, what do I do?Updated 3 months ago

If you receive a product which isn’t quite perfect, please get in touch via our contact us page, and include your order number, a short description and some photos. The more detail you can provide the quicker we’ll be able to get it sorted for you.

If you have placed the order on Amazon or purchased it in one of our wholesaler/retailer stores, please get in touch with them to arrange a replacement or refund.
