Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t include prices on packing slips. Select “gift receipt” at checkout for easy exchanges.

We LOVE that you&apos;re thinking of choosing Dock &amp; Bay for your gifting! In the UK we don&#x2019;t include packing slips (we like to save this paper so that we can make paper aeroplanes), and in all other countries, we don&apos;t include the pricing on our packing slips within any orders, so you never need to worry about them knowing how generous you were (not that we&apos;re biased!). Please also be sure to click gift receipt when placing your order and send it to the recipient in the unlikely event they may want to swap.

I'm buying a gift and don't want the recipient to see the price, is that possible?

You can self-serve changes/cancel within 30 minutes; after that, contact us ASAP.

If you placed your order less than 30 minutes ago, you can head to your order confirmation and either cancel or your order or edit your address. If you have missed this window, we may still be able to help. Please send us an email to help@dockandbay.com as soon as possible to let us know your order number and whether you&#x2019;d like to cancel or what you need the address corrected to, and we&#x2019;ll be able to let you know if we can successfully do this. If your order has already been picked we won&#x2019;t be able to cancel and if it has been dispatched, we won&#x2019;t be able to change the address, but you can choose the best available option on your tracking link, such as directing it to a pickup shop.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Cancel within 30 minutes if possible; otherwise contact us immediately. Personalised items aren’t returnable.

If you&#x2019;ve noticed this just after placing your order we recommend you cancel your order which you can do via your order confirmation up to 30 minutes after placing. You should get a very quick refund. If you&#x2019;re not able to cancel please get in touch with the team ASAP via our contact us page to see if we&#x2019;re able to catch this before it&#x2019;s embroidered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalised products even due to mistakes so please be very careful!

I made a spelling mistake with personalisation, what can I do?
