Can I cancel my order or change my address?Updated 3 months ago
If you placed your order less than 30 minutes ago, you can head to your order confirmation and either cancel or your order or edit your address.
If you have missed this window, we may still be able to help. Please send us an email to [email protected] as soon as possible to let us know your order number and whether you’d like to cancel or what you need the address corrected to, and we’ll be able to let you know if we can successfully do this. If your order has already been picked we won’t be able to cancel and if it has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change the address, but you can choose the best available option on your tracking link, such as directing it to a pickup shop.
