We currently only deliver to residential addresses (no PO boxes/BFPO).

We can only ship to residential addresses, so we recommend only putting a residential address in the delivery section. We don&apos;t want your order to go missing in transit!

Do you deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

We’ll email your tracking code as soon as your order ships.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code so you can follow your order all the way home.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You can edit your address within 30 minutes of ordering—after that, contact us ASAP.

If you placed your order less than 30 minutes ago, you can head to your order confirmation and edit your address.If you have missed this window, we may still be able to help. Please send us an email to help@dockandbay.com as soon as possible to let us know your order number and what you need the address corrected to, and we&#x2019;ll be able to let you know if we can successfully change this. If your order has already been dispatched, we won&#x2019;t be able to change the address, but you can choose the best available option on your tracking link, such as directing it to a pickup shop.

I've entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Check tracking details, delivery photo/location and neighbours—then contact us with the form if still missing.

If your order is showing as delivered, but it hasn&#x2019;t landed at your feet, please be sure to check your tracking link for a delivery photo and delivery location (it might be hiding, or have ended up at a neighbour&apos;s!). If still no luck, please fill out this form, and our team will do everything they can to help solve this problem for you!
