It&#x2019;s sent straight over to their inbox for them to use on whatever they wish. To pay with the gift card, please enter the number in the gift card box at checkout before payment (do not confuse this with the discount code box!)(or else)(joking)(it just won&#x2019;t work).

How do gift cards work?

E-gift cards are emailed immediately—ensure the recipient’s email is correct.

As soon as you have purchased the gift card, it will be sent immediately to the email address chosen. Please ensure that you have entered the email correctly. All of our gift cards are electronic and we don&apos;t have a physical version currently available. You can certainly print off a copy of the e-gift card if you wish to give it to somebody in person!

How long do gift cards take to arrive?

Gift cards are only valid on our website, on the same regional site they were purchased.

Gift Cards can only be used online via our website on the country page on which they were purchased and are not valid for use with any of our stockists or other websites such as Amazon.

Can I use gift cards in stores?

Yes—use your gift card first, then pay any remaining balance with another method.

You certainly can. If your order total is more than the value of the gift card then you&apos;ll need to enter your preferred payment method to cover the additional cost.

Can I part-pay with gift cards?

Any unused balance stays on the card for future purchases; gift card refunds go back to the card.

If your order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will simply stay on that gift card, ready for you to use another time! Anything returned that was paid with a gift card will be refunded onto the gift card.

What happens to any remaining balance on my gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash or products.
